Easter Turtle

There’s nothing tough about this turtle! Ride waves of softening carrageenan with toning organic apple juice to gently cleanse and exfoliate hard shells. Now that’s turtle-y awesome!

Lush Perfumer Alina Gliwinska used one part of her namesake perfume to fragrance this fresh and sweet jelly. She explains, «Alina perfume has three parts and this fragrance is one of them, inspired by seventies fragrances with lots of soapy notes and rich earthy patchouli. It has a slightly amber, powdery, musky and spicy scent.»

Orange flower absolute is a valuable extract from Tunisia, cultivated in the Cap Bon and Nabeul regions. Bitter orange trees are grown without pesticides, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate. Each April, predominantly female workers harvest the blossoms by hand, earning more than for other crops. The flowers are processed into absolute through hexane extraction and purification, supporting local economies and preserving a longstanding tradition.
