Artwork designed by artists from the Blue Room, the Bluecoat’s inclusive arts programme that supports learning-disabled and neurodivergent artists. Blue Room artists explore contemporary art at the art centre in Liverpool, North West England, with support to create and share their own work.

Artists from Blue Room explored the flora and fauna of their studio’s urban garden, sketching wildlife and making leaf prints. This collaborative design celebrates the often-overlooked biodiversity of city green spaces.
