Delivery Information

Placing an order? We can’t wait to unite you with your items! Please bear in mind, however, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

Our website is open 24/7, however, our digital fulfillment and customer service's team operate from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day. 

We expect everything to run smoothly, but we will be keeping things under constant review and will alert you of any changes necessary.  However, if your order is not delivered within 5 working days from the dispatch please pop us a mail at customerservice@lush.ee and we will be sure to follow up for you.
