Co-Create is a product creation programme for Lush staff, aiming to promote diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging by lifting up authentic stories from respective communities. Co-creator Kata shares her inspiration for this Hanukkah product:

"For me, eating and making doughnuts at Hanukkah always means being covered in jam and sugar, surrounded by giggles and endless deep frying. There’s something so comforting about it, but even more special is knowing that it’s a family tradition shared worldwide that I’m continuing every single year. I wanted to bottle this sugary, playful sweetness and the comfort of being surrounded by loved ones during the holidays."

Our lemon oil is produced from distinctive Sicilian lemons using a heat-free cold expression process to capture their fresh, vibrant character. We partner with a family-run business in Italy that draws on three generations of expertise and a trusted network of local growers to consistently produce exceptional quality.

Our almond essential oil is derived from bitter almonds and sourced from producers in Morocco. During production, some processors allow the nut to ferment slightly before pressing, while others extract the oil immediately. This process differs from that of sweet almond oil!
