Mango Lassi

Celebrate the season of Diwali by lathering on the joy of juicy mango and soothing coconut milk suds. Nostalgic for some, irresistible to all, this shower gel is inspired by the refreshing and creamy Indian drink Mango Lassi — so raise your sponge and bring on the good vibes!

Co-Create is a product creation programme for Lush staff, aiming to promote diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging by lifting up authentic stories from respective communities. Co-created by Lara Jaswal, Koyel Bhowmik and Sarah Deb, here’s what inspired Sarah in creating this product:

“My inspiration comes from the Mango Lassi drink, which we always enjoy together as a family during the festivities. Traditionally this drink it’s made with yogurt, coconut milk, and mango and for me, it brings back memories of big family meals and the joy of sharing that Diwali is all about. In our home, it just wouldn’t be Diwali without a big glass of Mango Lassi.”
