Our benzoin suppliers are mostly established in Laos' Luang Prabang province, where they work closely with 10 villages and 300 tappers directly. They are supported by our supplier through training and fair working practices. Each tree only produces around 600 grams of gum resin every year, and as the forests are managed sustainably, only 50% of the trees are tapped each season.
